Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Artful Vectors, a service operated by Aurelius Omega LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and Payments
Artful Vector uses prepaid credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are used for generation requests (currently 1 credit per generation attempt). If a generation fails, we generally refund that credit automatically. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Your Content
You are responsible for prompts you submit and how you use generated output. You must have rights to the content you provide and must respect third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to process prompts and generated files to operate the service.
Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Replicate (AI inference), storage infrastructure, and email/auth providers. Service availability and behavior may be affected by those providers.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and process. Using the service also means you agree to that policy.
Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelius Omega LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
